Raghu Paripati
- Delivery and Operations

Raghu is a seasoned IT leader with 26 years of experience, notably in Salesforce CRM. He is a strategic executive for consulting, operations, and project delivery. He has established Salesforce practices and led global delivery teams. With a Computer Science degree and an MBA, Raghu seamlessly blends technological expertise with business acumen. Raghu is based in Bangalore, India.

Charlie Havens
- Product and Strategy

Charlie brings in-depth expertise in CRM governance and execution. Most recently, as Governance and Admin Lead at the country’s largest customer-owned health insurer, Charlie helped grow the Salesforce Platform Strategic Enablement Team from 4 to 19 people covering ten orgs and over 80 child environments.

Charlie founded the Chicago Salesforce Partner User Group to foster best practices sharing, growing to 150+ members in 3 years.

Charlie was selected to present and facilitate Salesforce Partner sessions at Dreamforce (2014 & 2015). He also implemented B2B Salesforce Sales Cloud and B2C Financial Services Cloud for T. Rowe Price.

Andy Roy
- Customer Success

Andy is equally versed in technology and sales, having over 30 years of experience in software design and 18 years in sales, sales enablement, and marketing technology. His passion is helping customers adopt new technologies.

Andy has developed early AI software in expert systems, knowledge management, natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and data mining algorithms such as association rules, random forest, and principal component analysis.

Andy started using OpenAI’s GPT in December 2021 and is developing advanced AI solutions for CRM Logic.
